Scholarship Requirements:
You must be a full-time international student starting an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates and Global MBA courses) and meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship:
- A minimum WAM equivalent of 65 is required for Postgraduate applications, and a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 is required for Undergraduate applications.
- Begin your studies in the session and year specified in your scholarship letter of offer.
Scholarship Duration and Benefits
- The scholarship is worth up to AUD$10,000 and will be applied to your tuition. It is not renewable.
- The scholarships DO NOT provide financial assistance in the form of a living allowance, nor do they cover the costs of visa applications, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), airfares, lodging, conferences, or other study-related expenses.
Application Method
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must fill out a nomination form and have a valid offer letter from Macquarie University. Applicants must complete an online application form, enter “VCIS” in the Scholarship Name field, and submit their Macquarie University Offer Letter student number.
You should apply at least two to three months before the start of the session to avoid disappointment and to allow enough time to arrange your student visa.
